There I was, a new entrepreneur trying to start a new business. 

The thing is, at the time I was struggling to pay expense, I needed to have enough time to build the Bitcoin startup.

The big problem was that I was running out of money and I can only keep the business going for another 6 months. That meant if I didn't start making money, I was on the verge of having to look for a job and not be able to build my dream business, which meant I was racing to get productive or see my dreams squashed forever.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

I had to downsize and cut expenses about managing productivity and simplifying what I need instead of wasting a ton of money on useless but luxurious office space !

Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to reduce my office expense could give more time to work on the business, because I saw I'd found a new private office where I could reduce my rent.

My plan was to start creating an affordable office to build my startup and share the available space with other entrepreneurs .

So I started making a list of all of the available private office and how much it would cost to rent the office. But we didn’t stop there.

We then started connecting with investors who would like to work with entrepreneurs.

After that, we spent 9 months to acquired the office, conceptualised the design with the architect, hired and managed the contractors, then sourced and furnished the office.

Building on that success, we decided to make the private office as a co-working office to share with like minded entrepreneurs .

We call it “Worklor”.
